Tait Miller is a professional international chef with 11 year’s experience in the industry.
Luckily Tait found what he wanted to do at an early age, allowing him to combine his love for travel and adventure, with his passion for cooking. Over the years he has been fortunate to have worked at a number of 2 Michelin star restaurants including Marcus, and The Ledbury in London, learning how to hone his culinary skills and elevate his cooking to another level.
Tait has also worked as Executive Head Chef of Daluma in Berlin, as a restaurant consultant and a private chef for a variety of clients including UHNWI.
Though Tait has had some truly wonderful experiences and the opportunity to travel the world doing the work he loves most, between long and gruelling hours, late nights and early mornings, lack of social life and high pressure on a daily basis, it started to lead Tait on a path of highs and lows. However, by shifting the focus towards a healthier lifestyle and investing in his wellbeing over the past 12 months, there has been a really positive impact on Tait’s mental, emotional and physical health. In light of this, Tait is now extremely passionate and focused on using his skills gained, in order to help others.
